Today is "Operation Wallpaper".
We went to the pub at lunch. We don't usually go anymore but we were kinda giddy as John who I work with has been approached by Channel 4 to go on their 'wife swap' program. His wife is keen about being on TV, but John has said no. I spent all morning moaning at him for being selfish, and how he should think of me more. Bah!
Paul 2 made us tea last night. Well Paul put it in the oven. Mr. Marks and Mr. Spencer also had a hand in it. We watched 'Van Helsing' on "special DVD" as well. I found it quite hard to follow at first as people were nattering, but by the half-way mark I realised this was a blessed relief. It's a bad-bad film, and a criminal waste of money.
We'll be in London at the end of the month, my favouritest city. Heh, I have an urge to buy tonnes of DVDs and CDs, yet have spent a crippling amount of money in the last couple of months. I've coughed up for the hotel and travel, and as has become my want, we're staying at a fancy pants 4 1/2 star hotel.
I've also spent almost a grand on that pissing car of mine, as well as randomly buying myself a new digital camera. Coz I was being moody, and expensive gadgetry expenditure always ends a mood. Yes, yes it does.
I still haven't read the manual for it, I really should, coz it's rather fucking baffling. Instead of getting the easy use point-and-click one, I got the one with the most options ever on it. Still, I can use it as a paperweight.
It'll be nice to get out of work for a few days. It's so dull. And when I say dull, I mean "utterly fucking tedious".
I shouldn't have gone to the pub. There's an evil imp on my shoulder telling me to go home.
It's Sian's birthday this weekend. Happy birthday Sian!
I'm sure there will be some celebrations for that. Julia and Paul 3 are also coming to visit, which should be nice. I think we're going to Machester tomorrow, I can get my hair cut then. Dave at work says I look like the bloke off The Might Boosh (which I'm thinking may actually be genious. Yes, that's right, GEN-I-OUS!). It needs cutting, it looks like a ginger mushroom just after I've washed it.
Will that do John? Is that enough blog for you?
