We went to see baby Grace last night. She is so cute. And quiet. Quiet is good.
She has small hands and everything. Mental.
I think this baby lark has broken Nick in the head, he made us two cups of tea and invited us round to visit anytime. In the previous six or seven years they’ve lived in that house he never offered me a cup of tea. Maybe I’m more respectable now that I’ve met Marie. I dunno.
It was nice though, we ended up going home with four or five DVDs I want to watch and a couple of bazzin’ computer games.

Hmm, sleepy…
On Friday we celebrated the birth of Grace Taylor. As we thought it was some kind of tradition, we ended up smoking cigars. Who fucking smokes cigars? Jesus, I could still taste them on Saturday night. Do people get some pleasure from them?
We went to the pub as well and drank champagne. Ah well, maybe next time Nick has a kid we won’t feel the need to be all “traditional”.
Hmm, here is a picture of us all smoking cigars.

On Saturday night we went to Lancaster for a meal. It was quite nice, the restaurant was pleasant enough. I don’t think I bought the most exciting thing off the menu though.
